Shawna Futagaki, owner of Flower Divas. Inc, has expanded her production site in Santa Clara to additionally serve the San Francisco area.

I always have loved Shawna’s creations and consider her one of the highly talented floral designers in our area. I still remember the beautiful yet simple buffet she had created for one of the BRO Parties. In cooperation with the caterer, she enhanced the Pacific Rim-type food with just a few accents. Red Chinese lanterns, white orchids, and palm leaves were all she needed to make it elegant and outstanding. That was four years ago, but already she was right in line with the minimalist approach that is so fashionable today. Working with flowers in her parents' flower shop was so natural for her, she never considered going into this business as a profession. Instead, she decided to pursue a degree in clothing design. However, with the encouragement of a friend and an offer for a position with a floral wholesaler, she returned to working with flowers on a full-time basis.

Shawna has direct access to the freshest imported flowers from abroad and to flowers from local growers. Large walk-in refrigerators store the flowers which are delivered in refrigerated trucks. As personalized as the designs are, so is the service. Shawna and her designers will consult with you in your home at no extra charge. Their personalities and artistic ideas make them wonderful florists with whom to work.
